Dialog with the Ravens of Shamanic Valley

May 15, 2010
Me: Do you remember the day I decided to start this journey, even though I didn’t know what it was? The day I asked nature to be my teacher and you led me out a ways into the desert?

Raven: Yes, you didn’t know whether to believe that I was actually leading you or not. You thought I was, but you just weren’t sure. You felt so alone. How could a being like you, so detached from both animals and the earth understand that we are connected in an elemental way? Somehow in your isolation you’d found the way to ask for a deep connection with nature, and the asking allowed a trickle of intuition to start slowly seeping through you. It was that small trickle that caused you to realize that perhaps I actually was leading you and that you weren’t alone anymore. Today that trickle has become a mighty stream and take a look at your surroundings now. A home in the country on land the elementals love. Gardens, greenhouse, chickens, all alive and nourishing your spirit. A rootedness and a grounding that will last you through 2012 and beyond. All this because you made a decision to look beyond the teachings of man and enroll yourself in the teachings of nature. This is what you came here to do. This is why the mountains of your childhood moved you so. The Serendipity Mountains were for you that vital connection with nature that you needed just to survive and stay whole during your youth. And we love it that the Inception Mountains today attach to that same receptor in your heart where you carry your attunement to mountains. So twice a year they pull you to visit us in the magic and beauty of Shamanic Valley. You see how we now fly around you and send you messages from the palm trees. Because you are one of the humans that recognize us and love us. And we thank you for that.

Me: It’s my pleasure and honor to love you and connect with you whenever I come. Thank you for your love, wisdom and support.
